I am in favor of it - BTW what is our MWR? 120 wins over 2 season? I am assuming if the MWR owner leaves after the 2nd season we wouldn't penalize the new owner

I've wondered about impacting budgets in the following season, for example, have the failed MWR owner drop all three scouting budgets by the maximum amount and keep it in payroll.
